The machines are fully manufactured in stainless steel and a special corrosion-proof and self lubricating polyethylene. All the parts that get in contact with the rinsing product are also made of stainless steel. The safety guards conform to the EC requirements and standard. The machines are equipped with clear shock resistant inspection doors with stainless-steel frames. The production speed is electronically adjusted through an inverter. The machines can be manufactured in 2 versions: with a movable or a fixed nozzle. Other safety features hare been designed to stop the machine, in order to avoid damaging its moving parts while in operation. They are located in the scroll, on the inlet and outlet feeding star.

The bottle overturn system is performed through a twist device. The jaws are manufactured to fit different forms, depending on the bottle necks. The bottle clamping is ensured by a mechanical system equipped with gripping and stopping pliers.

KIT FOR DOUBLE TREATMENT: A supplementary feeder and injection system, in order to add a re-rinsing cycle after the sterilization or an additional blowing cycle. With the addition of this device the machine is able to inject inside the bottle two different fluids in two separated phases . For example: Solution of water and SO2 followed by a sterile water injection. The second treatment is frequently used for inject air and/or nitrogen after the first rinsing cycle to improve the dripping and, in case of the nitrogen is also used for filling the bottle with inert gas. The two injection systems are completely separate to avoid the blending of the two fluids in case of seals break. PENETRATING NOZZLE: A mobile injection nozzle system able to penetrate into the bottle for 82 mm and on request for max. 130 mm. This device allows the nozzle to enter in the bottle, overtaking the bottle neck, and directly spray the liquid from the inside of the bottle. The installation of a full-cone nozzle or a turbulence nozzle may improve dramatically the effects of the treatment, especially with plastic bottles. Additional benefits using PENETRATING NOZZLE and KIT FOR DOUBLE TREATMENT The "drying" effect is notably improved if also the option for the DOUBLE TREATMENT is present with the injection of air and/or nitrogen, because an air flow from the inside to the outside of the bottle is created and it not meet the turbulences in the neck. In case of second treatment made with liquid, it notably improved the rinse effect. The jaw -holding plate is manufactured in AISI 304 (AISI 316 for the sterilizer) stainless- steel. The height of the working table is electrically adjusted depending on the bottle size. The system provides water injection into the bottle while it is in vertical position.
