ROTARY COLD GLUE
Construction in 18/8 stainless steel. Motion transmitted by a gearmotor with variable speed.

Revolving infeed worm at the entrance to guarantee the exact selection and the perfect taking of the bottles.

Infeed worm and stars equipped with stop safety devices in case of defective bottles or of a different size from the pre-established one.

Multiple and easily replaceable labelling stations according to the quantity and the type of the labels to be applied.

Easy adjustment in case of change in the height of the bottles.

Pneumatic glue pump with direct suction from the pail and recycling device for the recovery of the exceeding glue from every labelling station.

Uniform spreading of the glue on the whole label surface.

On request, possibility of applying a heating station to keep the glue at a constant temperature.

Label magazines with double regulation, shaped according to the type of label to be treated.

Properly shaped sponge rollers, placed after every labelling station, for the stretching of the labels.

Possibility of applying an ink or dry printing device to print date and lot number on the labels.

Production speed automatically adjustable through a push button on the control panel.

On request, Hot-Melt applicator to wrap label on glass, PVC or PET bottles or containers of any shape.

Start button also arranged for the manual control to facilitate the adjusting operations during the change of sizes and the timing of the machine.

ROTARY HOT MELT
Designed to affix wrap-around labels on cylindrical
or shaped bottles, in glass or plastic.
Provided with a hot glue system that allows saving
glue as it is used only at the ends of the label.
Everything that cannot be made using stainless
steel is subject to chemical treatment or made of
different types of plastic material.
Automatic speed variation, automatic bottle entry
blocking, inverter, coders, are all equipment
available on request.
All the machines have their electrical installation
inside the base and located in a special watertight
drawer.

PRESSURE SENSITIVE ROTARY LABELLING MACHINE
Rotary labelling machines from 4 up to 24 centering heads with
1-2-3-4 labelling stations can apply any shape label on any type
glass, metal or plastic container in either standard or mignon size.
Output ranges from 0 to 400 pieces per minute and can be adjusted by variator on the machine. Operating: the containers placed on the conveyor belt are spaced first by a screwfeed and by a star are then transported to the rotating head and consequently to the labelling groups to receive the labels.
After this the containers are transported to pressing stations which insure that the labels adhere perfectly.
Label size: min.: length 15 mm., height 15 mm, - max: length
150mm, height 150 mm. The machine, here presented, is equipped with groups to apply pressure-sensitive labels, with the system to change the reel called NO STOP, which allows the service to the groups without stopping the machine
