ORANGE JUICE CHILLING LINE
Processed juice from the extractor to the chilled heat exchanger, and on to the holding tanks. Tanks to have chilled jackets to maintain 2 to 4 c temperature. Product pumped to balance tank on filler. Filled, capped and labelled automatically. Final pack manually. Heat exchanger to have its own CIP system. Tanks to have spray balls fitted for CIP.

JUICE LINE
Pineapple processed through a browns finisher.
Juice collected in a hopper situated under the outlet of the finisher,
Continuously pumped across to a chilled storage tank.
Filled, capped, labelled and packed.
