GRAVITY FILLING & CORKING MONOBLOCKS TYPE “GRAVISPEED” Automatically - operated monoblocks are the ideal solution for bottling and corking of small - or medium - sized productions thanks to their easy commissioning use and maintenance, thus requiring the operator’s intervention only for a few basic handling procedures. Particularly the filling turret “GRAVISPEED” is a new filling machine, completely realized in stainless steel. “GRAVISPEED” filling machine has been studied to be used with still liquids or slightly gassed and it is particularly suitable

to fill any kind of bottles and especially to fill PVC and PET bottles. The filling taps are completely in stainless steel, with adjustable and constant levels; moreover, by the quick connection, they can be dismantled with the greatest of ease for eventual maintenance, washing and sterilization. The machine is provided with a central hole for inspection tank, which is adjustable in height for bottles with different capacity. The new constructive
technology has allowed to eliminate the pistons for bottles raising, obtaining in this way the absolute stability of them, both in entrance and at exit and to have a perfect centring with the filling taps. Moreover the construction of the machine has been simplified, obtaining reduced maintenance’ times. “GRAVISPEED” can be realized for filling with only gravity, light vacuum or high vacuum. The monoblocks are produced in various models, depending on the liquid used for the filling operation and on the cork chosen; in the three-block version they are also equipped with a bottle blowing and rinsing turret. Furthermore each model can be adapted to suit every operating need thanks to peculiar applications or specially - conceived technical devices.
