GRAVFIL SINGLE HEAD AUTOMATIC CAPPER
Gravfil single head automatic capper, stainless steel base, 600mm
diameter rotary pin cap sorter / hopper, cap chute with cap release box, feed direction right to left, six pocket star wheel, adjustable for
different height bottles, approximate speed 40 bpm.
Environmental guards fitted.

COMPLETE FILLING LINE
Masterfil 4 head inline fully automatic 5ltr volumetric filler, fitted pneumatically
operated rotary in feed value, bottle counting and gating system, pneumatic drive
shut off nozzles, stainless steel control cabinet, all mounted in
stainless steel environmentally graded cabinet.
Graham back and front labeller, 2.5m conveyor, top bottle support.
Twin servo driven label drive, PLC based control system with memory,
top stabilising belt, sponge wipe down rollers, 200mm high label rollers,
2500mm long throughput conveyor, all stainless steel construction.
King twin wheel inline cap tightener model CS 100, mounts over conveyor,
cap placed and started manually, automatically tightened, two sets of cap
tightening wheels, side belt pack transfer, all fully adjustable to accommodate
different bottle and cap sizes. Mounted on mobile chassis, clad in stainless steel.
